:: How much is shipping? ::
Standard shipping rates depend on how many items you order and are as follows:
Outside of Australia:
- in a normal envelope(good for bookmarks or small amount of badges) - US$2
- in a cd/photo envelope (cardboard- good for preventing things from bending) - US$4
Australia:
- in a normal envelope(good for bookmarks or small amount of badges) - AUS$1
- in a cd/photo envelope (cardboard- good for preventing things from bending) - AUS$4
There are other shipping methods available for certain products. You will be given a shipping quote before your order is finalised.
:: When will the items be shipped? ::
We will try and ship you items ASAP after you pay. If it is a custom order, please give us one week. If your order is urgent, please leave a note in the message box of the form. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.
:: How long will it take for the items to get to me? ::
If you are outside of Australia, it will take about 7-10 business days. If you are in Australia, it should take about 1-3 business days. If your items do not arrive in 4 weeks, please send us a message.
:: What payment methods do you take? ::
Unfortunately we can only accept Paypal for customers outside of Australia. If you are within Australia, we can take money order, bank deposit, and concealed cash, however this will be done at your own risk.
:: How long before you reply with a quote? ::
We will try and answer all emails within 3days. If you do not receive a reply within this time frame, please send us another one as we may not have received it.
