:: What is Sugart? ::
Sugart is basically a club currently made up of 4 artists who love to make cute and pretty images and products.
:: Who are all the other artists? ::
At Sugart, we understand the love to create. Often times, artists don't have the finances to create and sell their own products. Here at Sugart we open our services to other artists to help them out.
:: Do the artists get any money? ::
Yes, ALL artists on Sugart get a % of the sales. However this rate may go up or down, or even be a fixed rate for some products.
:: Do the artists have to pay any money? ::
No, artists are only required to provide images. Most products aren't created until someone orders them. The % that Sugart takes of the sales goes towards materials, labour, web hosting, and if the product is taken to a convention, expenses for travel and the table.
:: What is Club Sugart? ::
Club Sugart is our reward program, you can collect points for purchases made and use those points to redeem stuff on this page. You can sign up for an account here. Once you have an account, quote your membership number when you make and order and the points will be credited to your account. It is a free program and there are no fees involved.
:: How can I earn club points? ::
You redeem 1 club point per $1 spent. There may be special occasions where you may receive more or even bonus points. You can also earn points for items purchased from hamochii.com.
:: How can I know how many points I have? ::
You will be notified the amount of points in your account after every order. Or you can email us at enquiries@sugart.net and we will tell you your current club point balance. Please use the email you used to sign up to the account otherwise we will not be able to tell you your current point balance.
:: I am from Australia and buy stuff from you guys at conventions, can I claim those purchases towards my club account? ::
Yes, if you are from Australia and purchase items from us at conventions, you can request a card to be sent to you when you sign up or at a later time. The card will have your name and your membership number. You must present this at the time of purchase so that we can record your purchase amount. If you do not have your card, we cannot credit you with the points. Please also note that the card is only available to people who attend conventions in Queensland, NSW, and Victoria.
:: Why am I changed an extra 10 points for shipping? ::
If you are only redeeming items using your club points, there is a 10 point fee to cover shipping. However, if you are purchasing items and also redeeming items in the same transaction, then you will not be charged this fee since you are already paying shipping on the items you are paying money for.
:: Can I use my club points to pay for shipping? ::
No you cannot use your club points to pay for shipping on normal purchases.
:: How can I use my club points to redeem items? ::
Just use the "Club Redemption" box in the order form and enter the items you wish to redeem with your club points. Please note that your membership number MUST match up with the email you signed up with.
:: What can I redeem with my club points? ::
A list of items you can redeem with your club points can be found here.
If you sign up to our montly newsletter, you will be notified when new items are added to the list. You can redeem most of the other items on the site, but sometimes there may be special items that can only be purchased with club points.
